Mainleus: groundbreaking for two apartment buildings

At the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the multi-family dwellings in hans-grimm-weg on thursday, construction minister hans reichhart (CSU) praised the municipality’s commitment in this sector: "this investment is an important and courageous decision." The free state sees itself as a partner of the municipalities and is happy to support such projects financially. "This should also be a sign that we are serious about partnership."

The minister pointed out that the municipal housing requirement program was being well received. "And there should be more projects like the one in mainleus." Housing shortage could only be met with building.

The fact that there is a lot of construction activity in the market town was also emphasized by district administrator klaus peter sollner. "Mainleus goes ahead. First with the ensemble hornschuchshausen, now with the hans-grimm-weg. Alongside the city of kulmbach, mainleus is the municipality that has particularly demanded housing construction projects." The municipality had already started "before this was a mega issue".
